Tank actions that keep the books
Rack to another vessel, add a material, or bottle the tank from one menu. Volumes move in both vessels, supplies are deducted, and bottling creates the finished-goods inventory item.
Racking with loss, recorded honestly
Every transfer records volume out, volume in, and the loss between them with a reason. Losses roll up into a report by reason, batch, vessel, and month, and into your TTB lines.
Statuses that match your cellar
